How does it work?
Once you have contacted Video to DVD, we will discuss your needs with you. When you have made payment and sent us your tape, we will start processing your order and return it to you as soon as possible. The average turnaround time is seven to fourteen working days.
What is the cost?

How do I pay?
Payment can be made by direct deposit, bank cheque or money order (through Australia Post).
How do I get my video to you?
You have several options:
- Post or courier at your expense. See our Prices page for information on Postage fees.
- Deliver in person (we are located in Maribyrnong, Victoria).
- We can pick up your video from certain areas in Victoria for a small fee. Please contact us for a quote.
What do I get for my money?
Once your video is burnt to DVD, we will send you your new DVD and include a Hard DVD case, a printed colour insert for the cover and a printed colour DVD label.
What about copyright?
We can only copy home movies for which you own the copyright; i.e. movies made by yourself, a member of your family or someone from whom you have the written consent to copy the movie. We cannot copy any videotapes or DVDs that are subject to copyright, such as commercial movies, television programs and professional videotapes or DVDs without the written consent of the copyright owner. The responsibility of obtaining the permission of the copyright owner is that of the customer.
How many hours of footage can fit on one DVD?
Approximatly 90 minutes of video footage fits on 1 DVD.
